Dr. Nannini has been a lifelong resident of Long Island and a member of this practice since 1984. He received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and his dental degree from new York University. He obtained post graduate training in both General Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center. He enjoys teaching very much and is a Clinical Assistant Instructor at SUNY at Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine and maintains a part-time faculty position at Nassau University Medical Center in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Nannini practices a complete scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including Dentoalveolar, Orthognathic, Sleep Apnea, TMJ, Trauma, Implant Surgery, and Reconstructive Surgery. He currently maintains staff positions at Winthrop University Hospital, Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center, St. Francis Hospital, and Nassau University Medical Center.
He is currently a member of the American Dental Society, the New York State Dental Society, the Nassau County Dental Society, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is currently serving as President of the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and serves as one of six delegates to represent New York State at the national meeting of the American Society of Oral and Maxiollfacial Surgeons.
Dr. Nannini enjoys skiing and golf and lives in Westbury, New York with his wife Kathy and two children Jeffery and Andrew.
