Dr. Scott Siegel is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is a native of Long Island and joined this practice in 2000. Dr. Siegel is the Medical Director of The Long Island Center for Facial Rejuvenation which is located at Long Island Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PC. Dr. Siegel graduated with highest honors as class valedictorian of the School of Dental Medicine at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1994, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Upon graduating, Dr. Siegel entered the residency training program in General Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He continued his education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine where he obtained his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Dr. Siegel completed his combined Residency in General Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and holds both a Dental and Medical Licenses in the State of New York. Dr. Siegel is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and is an active faculty member in the Residency Training Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Siegel is also an active member of the Trauma Team at University Hospital and Medical Center at Stony Brook where he treats complex facial trauma patients.
Dr. Scott Siegel practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including Cosmetic Facial Surgery, Dentoalveolar Surgery, Implant Surgery, Orthognathic and Reconstructive Facial and Jaw Surgery, Sleep Apnea Surgery, Facial Trauma and TMJ Surgery. Dr. Siegels special areas of interest are in Minimally Invasive Facial Cosmetic Surgery and Facial Rejuvenation. Dr. Siegel maintains active attending staff positions at Winthrop University Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, North Shore University Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Nassau University Medical Center, and University Hospital and Medical Center at Stony Brook.
