Background Information
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to 7 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Drs. Cangiano, Hoffman, Nannini, Becker, Siegel, and Meneshian manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Long Island Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery offers a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from cosmetic facial surgery to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures.
Our staff is trained in assisting with intravenous sedation within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. In addition, general anesthesia provided by a medical Anesthesiologist is available within our facility.
Long Island Center for Facial Rejuvenation
The Long Island Center for Facial Rejuvenation was founded in 2003 as a Division of Long Island Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, PC. Scott A. Siegel D.D.S., M.D., F.A.A.C.S., the medical director, is dedicated to providing cutting edge facial rejuvenation procedures. His medical practice is limited to the head and neck region with special emphasis on minimally invasive approaches for facial rejuvenation.

Surgical Staff
The surgical staff at Long Island Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery are experienced oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.
