Learn more about how we minimize the spread of infection and the risk of COVID-19 transmission
The safety of our patients and the dental professionals in our practice has always been a top priority. Recently, we have enhanced our infection protocols even further, implementing measures beyond the recommended standards of care.
We are trying to remain open during our normal business hours with one doctor and seeing one patient at a time. This will minimize any exposure to our patients and staff.
Thank you in advance and we extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.
During this COVID-19 Pandemic, we are taking measures to decrease the chance of exposure to this virus. In addition to our strict infection control measures, we have instituted the following actions:
Infection Control Protocols
- Strict social distancing practiced at all times pre- and post-treatment
- Virtual treatment and/or financial presentations when necessary
- We have removed any items such as magazines, pamphlets etc. that patients may touch from the tabletops
- We are continuously sanitizing any areas that have been potentially touched by previous patients or employees.
- Temperature screening via non-contact infrared digital thermometer for all staff daily and patients prior to treatment
- Pretreatment hand sanitizer and antimicrobial mouth rinse for all patients
- All staff will practice appropriate social distancing and handwashing standards at all times
- Staff will wear dental surgical masks at all times
- During treatment, PPE worn by staff will include:
- Mask (including N95 masks)
- Gloves
- Face shields
- Surgical gowns
- Air purifier present in a centralized location
